Jami Biliboaca is the Head of People Strategy at GeneDx, where she brings more than 18 years of Human Resources experience at both Fortune 500 companies and agile startups across diverse industries. At GeneDx, she is responsible for spearheading the company’s people strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and retains its greatest competitive advantage: its people.
Throughout her career, Jami has specialized in driving cultural transformations to enhance organizational agility, modernizing the employee experience, and boost employee engagement at companies from a variety of industries including Enchant, The Domain Companies, Macy’s, and Kate Spade & Company.
In 2022, Jami won the HR Excellence Award from South Florida Business and Wealth Magazine. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science with a minor in Economics from Michigan State University.
